It is located in an old 16th-century manor house, which still preserves its original structure from that era. The typical architecture of Manchego constructions from that time is evident.

The façade is made of a combination of brick, panels of rammed earth, and some plasterwork. The central stone doorway stands out, above which is a curved wrought-iron balcony. The house has two floors, with two light courtyards on the lower level. During the renovation of this house, elements from other now-demolished houses were used. An important feature of this type of dwelling is the cave-wine cellars, located in the basement, with access from the exhibition hall via a staircase of 22 steps carved into soft limestone.

It consists of a single gallery beneath the house. Inside, there are 32 clay jars supported by small stone and mortar wedges.
